About Us
Blu Water was established in 2008 with the introduction of the Emerald Bay Candle Company, a small manufacturing operation specializing in custom wedding and corporate gifts. We have since grown into multiple lines of business supporting airport concession operations, consumer products, logistics, distribution and real estate holdings.
The Consumer Products division is responsible for the design and development of proprietary products that support our airport concession and retail operations, as well as branded and private label fine wines and craft beer, alcoholic seltzers, and a series of books capturing the aerial beauty of many popular resort destinations.
Supporting the Consumer Products division is Blu Water Logistics which is responsible for the sourcing, warehousing, and distribution of our products. Blu Water is also a fully licensed and insured bonded wine cellar and distributor of alcoholic beverages by the TTB (MA-WS-21008/BWC-MA-21009) and MA ABCC (WM-LIC-000556).
Additional interests include the Blu Water Attainable Housing Initiative, which helps support high cost of living communities with affordable housing, multifamily syndication affording individual accredited investors significant cash flow and tax benefits, and development interests in high ROI markets both domestic and abroad.
